hmm .. it depends on one's attitude toward life ...
probably optimists tend to be happier ppl .. but u may not realise tt there's more to optimism than 'putting on a happy face' or 'looking at the bright side' ...
cultivating the mind of an optimist can nt only mean cultivating happiness, regardless of ur circumstances, but it can bring more things into ur life to be happy abt ...
so ... are u an optimist or a pessimist??? =)
