NAP WITHOUT GUILT; SLEEP SLEEP SLEEP!

came across an article which i found it resourceful ...

which says, we ppl should have sufficient amt of slp .. coz interrupting slp will disrupt memory-making .. whereas on the contrary, taking a nap may boost our memory ...

too little slp clearly isn't a good thing as over time, a habitual lack of slp can erode the body in many ways tt leave us more vulnerable to illnesses ...

Good sleep is a casualty of our 24/7 world.

some advice is tt try to avoid super-late nights followed by sleep-in weekends .. and dun feel guilty for napping ...

so to those who have not been sleeping well or don't really have enough sleep .. please do so now ... heee ....
